Shipping & Returns

We ship across Australia only.

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). ​
 

  • Standard Shipping - $9.95, or FREE over $100.
    Metro: 2–4 business days. Regional: 3–7.

  • Express Shipping - $14.95, or FREE over $240+.
    Metro: 1–2 business days. Regional: up to 4.

Standard shipping becomes free once cart total reaches $100 at checkout.


Shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of mind

  • You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you are welcome to place a new order after your refund is processed.

  • Exclusions: Earrings, body jewellery, customised/engraved pieces, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene and customisation reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

Faulty or defective

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and your order number.

  • Faulty items will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law, and may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

  • If deemed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Items must be in saleable condition with proof of purchase.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If your order included a free gift with purchase, this must also be returned to receive a full refund — otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes

  • Proof of purchase required: Original order confirmation or receipt is needed to process a return. If missing, exchanges may still be accepted at our discretion.

  • Refund timeframe: Once your return is received, we will process it within 10 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Promotional items: If a free gift or discount was applied (e.g. spend to expect free item), you must return both the gift and purchased items to retain the discount. Failure may result in value being converted to a gift card amount.
